This page explains which terms apply when you use https://www.ownalytics.eu/ (the "site") and when you buy an Ownalytics plugin. The site is published by CODERISE SAS (see the legal notice).

Buying a plugin

Nothing is sold on this site. Each plugin is sold on its own site, under that plugin's terms of sale and license agreement, which you accept when you order. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Terms of sale, license agreement and support policy

The fine print on the home page summarises the rules every plugin follows: one price per Matomo edition, a perpetual license for one Matomo instance plus one staging copy, free updates within the edition, sales to businesses only, prices excluding VAT and a 14-day refund. If the summary and a plugin's own terms ever differ, the plugin's terms apply.

Using this site

You can browse the site freely. It is provided for information. We keep its content accurate and up to date, but we can change it at any time, including prices and plugin descriptions. The price and conditions that apply to an order are those shown on the plugin's site when you order.

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it available but cannot guarantee that it is always online or free of errors.

Requests sent by email

When you ask to hear about the next plugin, the form opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. We handle the message as described in our privacy policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute about the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Aix-en-Provence, France, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
