Why pay once
You already host Matomo yourself. Paying every month to use a plugin on your own server makes little sense, so we don't ask you to. These terms apply to every Ownalytics plugin. Compare the costs over three years.

What is Ownalytics?
Ownalytics is the brand under which Coderise SAS, a French software company based in Aix-en-Provence, sells premium plugins for self-hosted Matomo. Each plugin has its own website. This site lists them and explains the terms they all share.
Do the plugins work with Matomo Cloud?
No. Matomo Cloud does not allow third-party plugins, so our plugins need Matomo On-Premise, the version you install on your own server.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per Matomo edition, for example Heatlens for Matomo 5 or Heatlens for Matomo 6, and the license does not expire. Updates are free within the edition, and moving to the next edition costs 50% of the price. Priority Support is the only yearly option, and it is optional.
Where does the data go?
Into your own Matomo database, on your own server. Coderise never receives it. Heatlens, for example, makes no connection to our servers: no license check, no update check and no usage reporting.
How do I buy a plugin?
On the plugin's own site. For Heatlens, go to heatlens.ownalytics.eu, choose the edition that matches your Matomo version and pay by card through Stripe. We deliver the plugin and its license within one business day, usually within a few hours.
Can agencies use the plugins on client websites?
Yes. A license covers one Matomo instance plus one staging copy, with unlimited websites of your own. Each client website you track costs €10 once.
Who can buy?
Businesses and organisations only. Prices exclude VAT, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge. If a plugin does not work on a setup that meets its published requirements, you get a refund within 14 days.
