Ownalytics is a trade name of Coderise. In these legal pages, "Coderise", "we" and "us" refer to CODERISE SAS.

The site and its content (text, images, graphics, layout and code) are owned by Coderise or used with permission. They are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or distribute all or part of the site without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it (for example, short quotations naming the source). Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.

Some elements belong to third parties and remain their property. For example, the fonts used on the site are self-hosted and used under the SIL Open Font License.

Each plugin is licensed, not sold. Its use is governed by the license agreement published on that plugin's site, for example the Heatlens license agreement.

Trademarks

Matomo is a registered trademark of InnoCraft Ltd. Ownalytics and its plugins are independent products developed and sold by Coderise. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by InnoCraft Ltd or the Matomo project. We use the name Matomo only to describe the software our plugins work with.

The names "Ownalytics", "Heatlens" and "Coderise" and their logos are used by Coderise as trade names and product names.
